Our Graduate QS Ethan has passed his Honours degree in Quantity surveying with a 2.1. big congratualtions to Ethan who has worked extremly hard in achieving this.

Moss Civils continue to expand their fleet with the arrival of several new 3 Tonne and 6 Tonne Takeuchi mini excavators. Our continued relationship with J A Bloor and Takeuchi highlight there excellent relabilty and performance. These high spec excavators will be put straight to work on developments throughout the Northwest and Midlands.

We are proud to announce that our Heath and Safety Manager, Tony Santoro, has successfully completed his NEBOSH General Certificate qualification. This is a professional certification that demonstrates his competence in managing health, safety and enviromental risks. With his expertise, he has helped us improve our safety performance and compliance across our projects and activites.

One of his responsibilities is to conduct in-house training on various topics, such as abrasive wheels awareness, manual handling and qualitative face fit testing. These trainings help ensure the safety and quality of our work, as well as provide the workforce with FFP3 masks that fit properly and protect them from harmful particles.

He is always looking for new ways to improve and keep up with the latest standards and regulations. His next goal is to address noise monitoring on site and audiometric health surveillance.

We congratulate Tony for his achievements and thank him for his continued contribution to our health and safety culture.

Moss Civils have recently introduced Dashpivot to our workforce.

Software which brings our entire workforce and information into one place in real-time.

Using Dashpivot, gives us the ability to connect senior managment with our workforce, so that information and communication is simple and efficient between the office and site.

Distributing information from the office to our site workers in a couple of clicks so they can access what they need whenever they need it, and receive records back from the field instantly.

Q3 Moss Civils continue to invest in  more new plant, 4 brand new 9T Thwaites dumpers have been added to the fleet!

These high spec machines are fitted with the latest tier 5 engines and latest safety features including all round cameras and  keypad imobolisers

Moss Civils contined investment has recently seen the purchase of several Leica 3D GPS machine control systems, these will be fitted to our range of Volvo Excavators. These units will enhance excavation accurancy and reduce over dig and wastage. In addition our site engineers have also had there robotic stations upgraded to the latest I Con icR80 robotic stations.

In Q1, Moss Civils added to the fleet 4 new Bomag 120 AD-5 Rollers. They have been put straight to work!

These top spec rollers are both reliable and econmonical fitted with the latest tier 5 engines and security features. 

Thanks to the ECONOMIZER, compaction is simple and reliable. Unnecessary passes are avoided, saving time and money

With keypad imobilisers they give additional security.
